NTT Appoints Rawan Shalhoub as Senior Executive, Head of People & Culture

NTT DATA Inc. has appointed Rawan Shalhoub as Senior Executive, Head of People and Culture, North America. In her new role, Rawan will focus on building a diverse and inclusive environment, strengthening the organisation’s culture, and upskilling employees across its North American operations. 

Previously, she worked at Microsoft for more than 13 years. There, she started as HR Lead, Microsoft International HR, and later advanced to several leadership roles, most recently, she served as General Manager of Manager Excellence. 

Before that, Rawan worked at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. as Head of HR Middle East & Egypt. Earlier in her career, she served as HR Director at EMCO Engineering Group.

Rawan began her career at Microsoft as an HR M&A Manager and was later promoted to Talent Acquisition and Program Manager. 

She holds a BA in Psychology from American University of Beirut, a Master’s in Human Resources & Labour Relations and an MHRIR in Human Resource Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
