Intuitive Appoints Jeremy Forman as VP, Head of Enterprise

Jeremy Forman has been appointed VP and Head of Enterprise for AI and Data. In his new role, Jeremy will lead enterprise AI, data platforms, governance, analytics and technology strategy. He has more than two decades of experience across artificial intelligence, data strategy, analytics, enterprise architecture, data governance, technology transformation and responsible AI. 

Before joining Intuitive, Jeremy worked at Pfizer, most recently as Chief AI, Data & Analytics Officer. Earlier, he was Vice President, Global R&D AI, Data & Analytics, where he led AI transformation across research and development, including agentic AI, data integration, governance, responsible AI, and enterprise-wide data capabilities. 

Previously, he worked at Seagen as Executive Director of AI & Data Strategy, Science, & Platforms, where he led initiatives spanning AI innovation, data strategy, platform modernisation, and cross-functional alignment across R&D, commercial, and operations.

Jeremy also spent nearly eight years with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, starting as Chief Enterprise Architect and being promoted to Director, Enterprise Architecture, Global Data & Analytics. 

Prior to this, he spent more than eight years at Oracle USA, holding leadership roles including Director of Enterprise Architecture North America, Senior Manager of Enterprise Architecture and Oracle Enterprise Architect.

Earlier in his career, Jeremy worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory as Technical Staff Mechanical. He began his career with the New Mexico Department of Transportation as a Senior Computer Systems Analyst.

Jeremy holds a BUS in Liberal Arts from the University of New Mexico, a BS in Computer Science from Santa Fe University of the Arts and Design, and an MBA in Global Management & International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
