HF Sinclair Elevates Steve Ledbetter to President and COO

Steve Ledbetter has become President and Chief Operating Officer at HF Sinclair. Steve’s appointment marks a major step forward in the organisation’s leadership journey as it continues to strengthen its position in the energy and refining industry. Before this elevation, he worked at HF Sinclair as Executive Vice President. 

He previously held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer at Shell Midstream Partners GP LLC. His broader professional experience includes serving as President at Jiffy Lube International and Director of Consumer Key Accounts at Shell Lubricants.

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Steve will lead critical operational activities, strengthen commercial performance, and drive progress towards the company’s long-term strategic goals. His extensive experience across business sectors and leadership roles positions him to lead HF Sinclair through its next stage of growth and organisational development.  Steve holds a BBA Degree from Texas A&M University.
